The terms

## Plain words.

An angel cheque gets equity, on a SAFE or a convertible note. Advisory hours get advisory shares, usually 0.5% to 5%, case by case. Co-founder time gets co-founder equity, at most once a year. Every engagement starts with a two-week working trial.

### Do you invest outside Montréal?

Yes. I live in the Eastern Townships and work with founders across Québec and beyond. The weekly sessions are remote, so location is not a filter.

### Can we work in French?

Yes. I work in French and English, and the agreement can be in either language.

### We are raising our seed. Is this for us?

Probably not here. Regenerate Capital invests from pre-seed to Series A and is the better door for a seed round.
